This practice focuses on supporting survivors of domestic abuse, coercive control, and relational trauma. We are committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where clients can process their experiences, strengthen self-trust, and move toward healing. We also have experience supporting neurodivergent adults who have experienced these forms of abuse, recognizing the unique challenges and impacts that trauma can have on their well-being and relationships.
Our goal is to help clients move from surviving to thriving by supporting healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change. Together, we will work toward strengthening emotional well-being, building healthy boundaries, fostering self-compassion, and developing the tools needed to create safer, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
Whether you are recovering from domestic abuse, coercive control, relational trauma, or navigating other life challenges, I aim to help you reconnect with your strengths, reclaim your sense of self, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.
As your therapist, we are committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where your experiences, emotions, and perspectives are respected and valued. We will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity, recognizing that healing happens at your pace and in ways that honour your unique needs and strengths.
